Without proper strategies it will just delay the work of individuals. Making a strategy for the whole team would fasten the progress into the company and work of each employee. Make a strategy that will be effective for the whole team, in order to commit their desired goal or ambitions.

As a leader you should have a team work in your team, because without it, the whole plan might ruin. With one mistake it could be ruin, which is why teamwork is needed when it talks about organization or group. Implement a leader that will lead the organization into the success they desired.

Without a communications, the process of relaying the message of each member could be delay. It is very important to have a proper communication before relaying the message. The leader will allow his members to do their work. The members must pass the message to leader with correct details. A piece of detail is very important for the leader to know the situation of the matter.

A leader must have long patience to understand his members concerns. There are concerns that needed the appearance of leader to support his members. If the groups are suffering with instances they must respond it as a group. A leader must understand his members so it will not disappoint their member.

Support that member who needs the appearance of a leader. Do not make your member fight for his own instead support him in his difficulties because you are a group. A group must conquer all the difficulties that the organizations are suffering with. There might be some problem for a group that takes time to solved, with a proper procedure it can be done.

Without a proper plan, it will just ruin and damage the goal of the organization. Make a proper plan before putting it into actions. It will just delay the work if the individual is suffering with a problem and only he is going to solve that kind of matter. Make decisions that will benefit your members. Check the plan and apply it into actions.

Motivate your people with your good doings. Make sure that you are doing a good things being a leader. Do not spoil them with foolish work, because it is unnecessary to do. After passing the problem with help of group, the organizations must learn from it. Motivate your member with good speech and doings, so they will not disrespect you as a leader.

In this particular matter, a leader must take all the risk for his members sake. Consider your members as your own family, so you can catch up with their concerns. Understands them with their concerns so they will not decide to resign or pass resignation.
