Essiac tea has been the sea to do a lot of good to various people. You may find yourself constantly nauseated and vomit. This is because the tea contains oxalic acid. The more you ingest the tea, the more likely it is to affect you. The solution is to ingest little doses over time until your body can withstand the effects and remain strong through them. This way you can finally enjoy the benefits.

As much as it helps in breaking down those toxins in the liver to ease the burden, it may actually lead to liver illness. This is because of the tannin and other acids present in the tea. If you have liver failure, you are bound to notice. The signs include pale stool, jaundice, pain in the abdomen among others. You should see a doctor if you experience any of those symptoms.

Apart from the liver, the kidneys may suffer a bit too. Actually, they may suffer permanent damage. This can be avoided by taking small amounts of the tea, especially for a first-timer.
