Try varying your grips. Once you become better experienced in working out, your muscles will start to resist any growth on exercises that are familiar to them. Different grips may help to make these familiar exercises different, which could cause further muscle tissue growth. Examples of exercise where you can change the grip are barbell rows, barbell curls, pull-ups, and bench presses. Try using wide grips, close hand grips, reverse grips, and even mixed grips that include having one hand up and one hand down.

Mix up the grip that you use. Apply a staged or a mixed grip for performing rack pulls and deadlifts for achieving more strength. A staggered grip will help you turn the bar in one direction while the underhand grip turns the bar in another direction. That way, you can stop the bar from moving erratically over the hands.

Deadlift

3 exercises you should do on a regular basis are bench presses, squats, and dead lifts. There is a sound reason to make sure that these are the foundation of your body-building routine. Each will build your strength, and therefore your muscle bulk, while also improving muscle condition. These exercises should be included in some specific form or another.
